6. Delivery Issues

6.1 Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that the shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6.2 Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

6.3 Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [support@dreampro.in] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

7. Delivery Confirmation

  • Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, please make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please contact us at [support@dreampro.in] within 48 hours to file a claim.
