Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
1.2 Return Period
- You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
- Intimate or sanitary goods.
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Some health and personal care items.
2. Refunds
2.1 Process for Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
2.2 Approval of Refunds
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
2.3 Refund Timeframe
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
2.4 Partial Refunds
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [support@dreampro.in] and send your item to: [Insert Return Address].
4. Shipping
4.1 Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4.2 Shipping Time
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
4.3 Lost or Damaged Returns
- If you are shipping an item over ₹6,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
